This is a student led brief. My final major project is an experimental editorial design that challenges sensory adaptation and beauty overstimulation reflected in today's media. We as a society have become unaware of the saturation of unattainable beauty standards which subconsciously stays with us. By exploring these topics, it will encourage readers to reflect the ways they consume media and how it could affect our perception of beauty. The fundamental aim is to provide a deeper understanding of these concepts and to inspire a more mindful approach to media consumption.
